The Role
As the Store Manager you will be a brand ambassador for the company, always delivering amazing service to our Customers. Driving local engagement by integrating and actively involving yourself with the community. You will be expected to deliver the sales target through maximising KPI’s. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager.
This role will involve working weekend shifts.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this role will be enthusiastic, passionate, flexible and committed with great people skills, a true role model. You will have a desire to take ownership of your store, will look for opportunities to drive footfall through local engagement and social media.
You will be able to demonstrate a passion for shoes and be confident in dealing with customers, colleagues and senior management. Experience in Microsoft Office, EPOS systems and administration will be key skills required.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering sales growth through KPI’s in previous Management roles.
Key Experience & Skills Required
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience at AM level or above

6. Live within 30 minutes commute
7. Shoe experience is desirable
