The regulatory engineering team leads and enables every line of business to be sold worldwide by ensuring each product meets all the regulatory laws in every country, without this team customers would not experience the wonders of the latest Apple products. You will be driving and evaluating every product from conception to first customer delivery, digging into the deep details of every aspect of the hardware and software features throughout the development cycle, specifying design requirements and evaluating the products to ensure compliance. Working cross-functionally globally to support internal partners and teams to help them deliver their local certifications using the local team’s deliverables. The scope of the work covers many technologies and aspects, including Wireless Power Transfer, Near Field Communications, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and mmWave. Measurements and analysis including SAR, EMF, Radiated Spurious, Spectrum Sharing techniques, and software modelling. Working within world-leading test facilities and with experts, you will have the ability to expand and build your knowledge and expertise. Of course, new and cutting-edge technologies will also be part of your work, and working with these will be very much kept as a surprise for those product launches.
