We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator to work for an exciting, vibrant growing company within the property and lettings industry.
Ideally, someone from a property/estate agency background would be ideal, but someone with a strong administrative background is what is needed to succeed in this role!
Responsibilities:
1. Arrange/reschedule/send viewing schedules.
2. Creating and sending invoices, dealing with initial queries.
3. Collating/chasing proposals and licence agreements.
4. Managing the marketing inbox.
5. Updating Salesforce (CRM) with any new buildings, images, billing contact, and address information.
6. Assisting with administration tasks.
7. Completing Excel checklist.
8. Sending out contracts.
9. Responding to new enquiries.
10. Sending relevant onboarding forms.
11. Managing pricing and availability data.
12. Updating provider promotional fees board/document.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
WFH on a Friday.
Salary: £25,000 with a great opportunity to earn commission.
