Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed building surveys, condition assessments, and defect analysis.
* Provide expert advice on property refurbishments, restorations, and new builds.
* Prepare reports, schedules, and specifications to a high standard.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Manage projects from inception to completion, liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
* MRICS qualification is essential.
* Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in both residential and commercial sectors.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
