We are looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to join a stunning, luxury Central London hotel, part of a highly regarded international hotel brand.
This will be predominantly a strategic role where you will have a high degree of ownership for the commercial direction of the business as well as the leadership of the team.
Some US & European market experience would be beneficial, and you will need to be determined and tenacious with excellent stakeholder management skills.

The Role of the Director of Sales & Marketing
To initiate, plan, direct, manage and lead the formulation, development and implementation of a dynamic Sales & Marketing Strategy in order to position the Hotel in the best of its class
To ensure the Hotels facilities and services are sold according to agreed budgeted guidelines and maximise revenue and profitability
To be accountable for achieving the Hotel budgeted revenues and related KPIs (This includes but is not limited to RevPAR, ADR, RGI, Occupancy Targets, COR Targets, Meeting & Events Revenue) as laid out in the Sales and Marketing Plan
The Director of Sales and Marketing is a commercial and marketing leader with a strong background in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management who leads in an emotional aware style.
Maximising Revenues whilst building on the reputation of the hotel are key areas of accomplishment
