Job Description
* Oversee real-time management of the Customer Service Department.

* Provide timely and accurate reporting on service metrics.
* Collaborate with management to identify and address performance gaps.
* Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Time Analyst should have:
* Proven experience in real-time analysis or similar roles within the FMCG industry.
* Proficiency in using workforce management software and tools.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
