I am seeking a number of Customer Services Advisors where you will be the first point of contact, providing advice and information.
Key Responsibilities
1. You will be a self-starter who is able to own queries through to resolution.
2. Be able to confidently use Microsoft tools, emails, and internet/intranet.
3. A very good empathetic telephone manner is needed while working in a call center environment.
4. Full training will be provided.
