Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Alliances & Services, this VP will play a pivotal role within our revenue leadership team. They will collaborate closely with our executive team to develop the go-to-market strategy for Flexera One, our fully integrated SaaS-based platform. Responsibilities: Execute Channel Strategy: Define and implement Flexera’s multi-channel routes to market Strategic Direction: Oversee the strategic approach for Flexera's indirect sales efforts for FlexeraOne Sales Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in planning, execution, and achieving sales targets, focusing on market penetration, revenue growth, margin improvement, client satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Revenue Growth Identification: Identify and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities Channel Expertise : Build and manage a coverage model with a strong understanding of data center, cloud, PaaS, SAM, and MSP sectors, leveraging an established network of executive contacts in the channel community Business Management: Manage the channel sales business professionally, ensuring accurate forecasting, high pipeline quality, and continuous development. Team Leadership: Attract, develop, and retain a high-performing channel sales team. Performance Reporting : Oversee reporting and metrics related to channel sales programs, partner productivity, commissioning, effectiveness, and ROI, with monthly updates. Qualifications: Proven Channel Strategy Experience: Demonstrated experience in defining and managing a global channel sales strategy (NAM, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) with a focus on scalable execution and predictable results Revenue Achievement: Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets Channel Expansion: Extensive experience driving growth with advisory services, system integrators, technology partners, and MSPs Enterprise Sales Success: Proven ability to lead negotiations and close complex enterprise sales opportunities with senior executives Leadership Skills: Excellent people management, coaching, and development capabilities Proactive Leadership: A hands-on approach to contract negotiations, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing strategic partnerships Flexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
