Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
* Support patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
* Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control policies.
* Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6 months NHS experience in an acute hospital setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
