This role will be supporting a KS1 child on a 1:1 basis who has SEMH needs and can exhibit challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate would be able to stay calm in difficult situations, use their initiative and be patient. Working hours for this role are between 8.30 to 3.30 and the daily rate of pay is £93.48. Suitable candidates for this role may have a background in: - Care Work - Mental Health Support Work - Children's Residential Support Work - SEND/SEMH TA It is important for the appointed candidate to have the ability to build positive relationships which help to break down barriers, build self-esteem and challenge disaffection.
