To join our team in August 2025, we are seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Head of Business, Economics and Accounting ready to lead a strong department. Perhaps you have experience of working as a Head of Department and want to work at a leading school such as Beauchamp College, or perhaps you have several years as a strong business and accounts teacher and want to take the next step in your career.
The department currently consists of 7 teachers across Business, Economics and Accounts who work closely together to ensure great student outcomes. This is an important post for the school as we look to build on the previous achievements of the department. We are looking to appoint someone who can lead by example, which means we are looking for an excellent teacher who confidently delivers high-quality lessons. Someone who has a desire to share good practice with the team and has a can-do attitude is welcome to apply. The school offers ongoing professional development opportunities to all staff and career progression based on performance.
