As a Lead IT Business Analyst (18 month FTC) you'll play a vital role in overseeing the work of our Business Analyst team, ensuring delivery excellence and driving continuous improvement in our approach to analysis. You will act as a mentor and coach, motivating your team to deliver high-quality outputs across a range of projects, while promoting the value that business analysis brings to change initiatives. You'll be a key figure in elevating the maturity of our delivery capabilities and analysis practices, working closely with fellow Lead IT Business Analysts and wider stakeholders.
You're an experienced and forward-thinking Lead IT Business Analyst who will help to shape the future of change delivery across our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality business analysis and has a strong track record of leading and developing teams.
You'll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely.
You will take the lead on business analysis for key strategic programmes of change, collaborating with Transformation, Data and IT teams, as well as third-party suppliers. Your ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders will be essential, as will your focus on promoting collaboration across the business. You will also deputise for the Head of IT Strategic Partnering when needed and help maintain and grow our Business Analysis Community of Practice.

To be successful in this role, you're:
* Experienced in business analysis, with a strong technical background and high emotional intelligence
* Skilled in leading change initiatives across a variety of organisational settings
* Confident in working with both Agile and traditional (waterfall) delivery methodologies
* Proficient in business process and data analysis, with the ability to produce high-quality outputs
* Experienced in managing resources across multiple projects simultaneously
* Comfortable using a range of tools and techniques to support effective and efficient delivery
* Ideally, with knowledge of the Housing industry and the Repairs domain
