We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Engineer to join our progressive organisation dedicated to transforming the fuel industry. Our goal is to make synthetic fuels more accessible than fossil fuels, reducing the carbon impact of global fuelling. With rapid growth underway, we're expanding our engineering and support teams, and you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating internal teams across planning, manufacturing, and systems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning solar planning, manufacturing, engineering, and systems.
* Build relationships with external stakeholders, including Solar EPCs and Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs).
* Oversee solar construction, including array design and detailed construction planning.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractor and internal construction resources.
* Collaborate with GDNs to assess location-specific capacity and CV requirements, delivering compliant connection procedures.
* Develop site-specific designs addressing water and electrical works, security, access, and safety.
* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across all associated site areas.
Your Requirements:
* Significant experience of technical project management in an industrial setting.
* Bachelor's or Masters (or PhD) in mechanical Engineering or related field.
* Experience of deconvoluting complex scenarios to translate them into actionable steps.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
