What you will be doing You will work to Rolls-Royce Technical Instructions to deliver consistent, high quality machining across a variety of different components and products. Using a mixture of 3 & 5 axis milling machines using Siemens, Mazatrol and Heidenhain controls. Reading engineering drawings and following Technical Instructions. Operate a variety of Inspection equipment, including machine probing, micrometers and various other measuring equipment. Work within a team to effectively resolve quality issues and ensure your work is being completed to plan. CNC machining experience (setting and operating) Time-served engineering apprenticeship with an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or other equivalent. CNC machining experience (setting and operating) Pro-active and patient individual capable of managing your time effectively. Somebody who works well independently and as part of a team. Someone with experience working on a nuclear licensed site. Pease be aware that the priority will be given to employees identified as being at high risk.
