Hybrid working - Office is in the town of Albrighton in the Midlands, close to the towns of Telford in Shropshire and Wolverhampton - 4 x days a week, flexibility to work 1 x day per week from home

Job responsibilities of the Italian andGermanspeaking Sales Administrator
As part of their international sales team, they wish to recruit an Italian & German speaking Sales Administrator. Working closely to the business development department, you will be the main administration link between the company suppliers and the international business development team, managing all the administration concerning international sales distribution.
Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
Managing the sales contract dates and action required
Offering language and translation support to the international business development team
Processing and managing international sales orders
Creating invoices and sales orders to Italian and German speaking customers
Keeping up to date customer profiles and records
Maintaining good knowledge of the product and the market
Providing support to the international team
Travel within Europe as required
The successful candidate background
Fluency in both Italian and German is essential, as well as English.
Ideally previous experience in an administrative environment but this is not essential as full training will be given
Be well organised with high levels of attention to detail
Strong administrative skills
A good team worker
Demonstrate a professional style with clients
Cultural awareness
Salary, benefits & working hours
£28,000 to £32,000 neg. Excellent benefits include: Employee product discount, health and well-being programme, 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), 7% total pension contributions and, most importantly, a very friendly and supportive working environment! Working hours are full time, 9am to 5pm.
