Lettings Property Manager Required. Our client is a trusted partner in the world of real estate and financial investments. They are a London-based company with a mission to help property investors make the right decisions when buying or selling properties in the UK.\n\nDue to continued success, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Manager to oversee their property rental operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating viewings, and maximizing occupancy rates through effective upselling strategies.\n\nLettings Manager - Remuneration\n\nSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)\nHours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30\n28 days holiday, including bank holidays\nCompany pension scheme \n\nLettings Manager - Responsibilities\n\nManage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement.\nConduct property viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about available properties.\nMaintain accurate records of all tenant interactions and input data into the property management system.\nDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and increase occupancy rates.\nProvide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication with prospective tenants.\nHandle administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.\nUpsell additional services or products to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize revenue.\nCollaborate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings. \n\nLettings Manager - Experience Required\n\nProven experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.\nStrong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.\nFamiliarity with property management software is highly desirable.\nExcellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with tenants and clients.\nA proactive approach to upselling and marketing within the lettings sector.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
