Our client is a dynamic and customer-focused engineering firm. They are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join their busy Customer Facing Team.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in SAP and other office software
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What will your role look like?
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Facing Team
* Handle office duties such as answering phone calls, scanning, photocopying, filing, and reception tasks
* Prepare and distribute incoming enquiry documentation
* Accurately input data into SAP
* Maintain and update First Aid boxes and Defibrillators
* Manage office supplies and other administrative tasks as needed
