As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor to our senior leadership team, shaping a people-first strategy that

Your Duties Will Include:
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to understand the site challenges and goals, fully diagnose people challenges
effectively in order to develop robust solutions
* Have a good understanding of the overall HR strategy and take an active role in leading agreed activities across the group.
Encourage site HR team involvement in wider HR initiatives
* Actively take steps to look at way to improve the working environment and conditions for our employees
* Ensure annual deployment of employee survey, driving completion %, developing improvement plan with site leadership team and
communicating progress to the site
* Lead casework at SLT level, ensuring lower-level casework is delegated to wider HR team
* Lead site community sponsorship, charity and volunteering plan
* Own the site retention strategy, ensuring trend are analysed and actions are in place to improve retention
* Effectively partner with flexible labour provider/s at the site to ensure demand is met and costs are minimised (e.g
overtime/transportation costs)
* Ensure PDR process is effectively embedded and deployed at site level and effectively supports the delivery of site goals and
our Compleat Behavioural Framework
* Implement training so that managers at the site can complete all activities across the employee lifecycle, for example
interviews, performance reviews, grievance hearings, disciplinary hearings, appeals, return to work interviews, occupational
health referrals, absence reviews 9 box grid
* Support HR team to coach managers and build capability in leadership rather than HR taking over activities
* Oversee complex disciplinary & grievance cases, ACAS claims and Tribunals seeking support as required via Rockhopper or the
Head of ER
* Develop and manage site HR budget
* Ensure site and group HR reports are completed accurately and on time
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* CIPD Qualified to Level 5 or equivalent experience as a site HR lead
* Minimum of 2 years' experience of driving a site HR agenda ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment
* Track record of delivering great site engagement activities
* Solid knowledge of employment law and hands on management of complex cases, consultation processes and negotiations.
* Experienced presenting to auditors. Ideally managed site SEDEX / SMETA compliance
