Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
* Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
* Perform a range of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
* Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for the creation of dental restorations when necessary.
* Employ medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
* Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC).
* Proven experience as a Dentist in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for recent graduates.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health and procedures.
* Proficiency in CAD software and medical imaging technologies is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
* A commitment to providing high-quality patient care with empathy and professionalism.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £100,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
