Key job responsibilities
As an RPA Application Engineer, you'll be essential to our automation team. Your focus will be on developing and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath and related technologies. You'll solve technical challenges and translate business requirements into automation workflows. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions.
You'll expand your expertise in various automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent document processing, and workflow orchestration tools. As you develop your skills, you'll gain insights into industry trends and emerging technologies in automation. You'll work with experienced engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to end-to-end solutions. This environment will provide learning experiences and opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities. Your commitment to continuous improvement is essential as you enhance your RPA development skills and stay updated on best practices. You'll document processes and create technical specifications for automation projects, ensuring clear communication within the team and with stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1-3 year's experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath
UiPath Certified Professional Developer certification
Proficiency in UiPath Studio and familiarity with related tools (Orchestrator, Robot)
Understanding of UiPath best practices and development methodologies
Basic knowledge of process analysis techniques
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as VB.NET or C#
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL basics)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
UiPath Certifications: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath development
Participation in at least one successful RPA implementation project
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, familiarity with advanced UiPath features like OCR integration
Programming and Integration Skills: Proficiency in VB.NET and C#, basic experience with REST APIs and web services integration
Experience with process documentation and workflow analysis
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Basic understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts in the context of RPA
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and best practices
