Proven experience in administration with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated ability to support compliance, performance measurement, benchmarking, and service standards. Experience leading processes to achieve and maintain accreditation, with knowledge of WHS and ISO standards desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-performing, deadline-driven environment.
