Job Description
Duties of the Office Manager/ PA
* Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
* Maintain office services by organising office operations and procedures
* Support the sales team with orders
* Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
* MD support - travel and diary management
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
* Ensure the office remains clean, well organised and safe
* Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager/ PA should have:
* Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
* Experience with office management software like ERP and CRM
* Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
* A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

* Salary range of £28,000 - £33,000 per year
