You will enable the delivery of services to our residents working directly with third party support providers in ensuring that our supported residents receive a top-quality customer service along with working alongside all departments within the Group.
We are seeking an experienced Supported Contract Officer, with a demonstrable track record of working within a supported housing team or within a housing or customer focused environment to support our two award-winning companies to make a real difference to people's lives, homes and communities. Are you:
* Genuinely passionate about making a difference, working directly with third party support providers in ensuring that our supported residents receive a top-quality customer service?
* Able to support and directly provide when necessary frontline services in accordance with the WWHG operating principles, helping residents to pay their rent, letting empty properties, and dealing with tenancy management and anti-social behaviour reports?
* Someone that has a positive and flexible attitude, with strong values that align well to ours?
Do you have:
* A strong customer focused and empathetic approach to dealing with customers?
* The ability to work as part of a small, busy team as well as to work alone and therefore capable of organising your workload and making decisions?
* Excellent communication skills and the self-awareness to continuously improve yourself and others?
* Experience in a Housing Association or similar customer services environment.
* A good knowledge and application of providing a high quality and effective customer focused housing support service, including rental collection, tenancy management and anti-social behaviour., You must also be a good communicator and provide a high quality, friendly customer-orientated service.
The role will cover our supported housing/living stock in Mid and South Wales.
