With c.100employees, the Dalkia Group centre has HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal,IT, QSHE and Communications teams supporting our business unitcolleagues in these specialisms. We provide technical expertise,governance, policy, guidance and support to the business divisions toprovide a high-quality service to their own people and their clients.Roles in the centre work closely with the Executive team to shape anddeliver our strategic goals but also partner with the businessfunctions to embed the values, behaviours and strategic ambitions.
Responsibilities :
As our HumanResources BP, you will:
* Working closely withsenior leaders in the Group Centre to provide HR support and guidanceon all people policies and processes.
* Manage generalist HRactivities related to the Group teams including, but not limited to;recruitment, induction, performance management, succession planningsickness / absence monitoring, exit interviews.
* Support inthe resolution of complex employee relations issues and addressgrievances.
* Monitor the Group Induction Programme for newstarters to ensure that it is being carried out to consistentstandards.
* Build positive working relationships with keystakeholders in Group and across the wider Dalkia UK business.
* Assist the Group Head of HR and Group HR Director in creatinga functional grading structure to ensure consistency across thebusiness.
* Support the annual pay review process.
* Manage pay benchmarking activities to ensure we are in linewith the market.
* Assist on any Employee engagement activityand initiatives taking place.
* Support the Head of HR andGroup HR Director with the governance and oversight of the GroupCentre bonus schemes.
* Support the Head of Talent andDevelopment in the identification, roll out and monitoring of careerdevelopment and training requirements for Group Centre.
* Support the Group Head of HR and Group HR Director with theimplementation of people projects – e.g. ED&I, MHR project, benefitsreview.
* Monitor and manage with the HR and L&D Advisorinformation flow to payroll in respect of new employees to GroupCentre, changes to terms and conditions and resignations to ensurecompliance and governance with delegated authority levels.
* Assist on any TUPE process, supplying and obtaining relevantinformation, carry out consultation as required and effecting TUPEtransfers.
* Manage and monitor the sickness absence across theGroup Centre and advise Line Managers accordingly. Manage OccupationalHealth referrals as required.
* Ensure that all HR Policies andProcedures are followed consistently across the Group Centre and inaccordance with HR Group Standards.
* Encourage, support anddrive talent management and succession planning for Dalkia Group.
* Support the delivery of the employee engagement action plansacross the Group Centre to improve employee satisfaction andengagement levels.
* To carry out any reasonable activitiesrequested of them.

Experience
* Experienceworking at business partner level.
* Analytical and goal orientated.
* Demonstrable experience of using HR metrics to drive decisionmaking.
* Comprehensive knowledge of employment law andemployee relations activities.
* BS degree in Human Resourcesor related field
* MUST have working experience of iTrent HRsystem
