We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Support Worker to join our team and contribute to the successful launch and ongoing development of our new residential home in Gloucester.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
* Experience: Experience in a leadership role or significant experience as a Senior Support Worker in a similar setting.
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (or equivalent).
