The Role
As a the Temporary Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for managing payments and ensuring smooth reconciliations and completions.
Input daily conveyancing and remortgage payments
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor statements
Communicate with various departments regarding payments
Process Land Registry invoices and search fees
Assist with payments on the system and help with investigations
Main Duties
You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and assisting with various post-completion processes.
Ensure accurate payment entries and final checks on completions
Deal with returned or outdated cheques and clear ledgers
Support the archiving and investigation processes
