What we're looking for: A strong interest working with young people with additional needs. Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve. Level 3 award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities or willingness to work towards. A great communicator who can engage with the students. Compassionate and respectful of the learner’s needs. A passion for supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.
