This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and customer relationships in a leading skincare company. Developing Ecommerce accounts, you will implement market-leading growth strategies that maximise brand performance and revenue generation.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the Reading office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and nurture ecommerce customer relationships, providing a primary point of contact.
* Develop and execute growth strategies for online retail accounts, leading a cross-functional ecommerce team.
* Create detailed sales and financial forecasts through weekly performance analysis.
* Manage customer P&Ls with accountability for annual revenue and investment targets.
* Monitor and report on key sales drivers and performance metrics monthly.
* Constantly review and refine plans to drive year-on-year growth.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Ecommerce Account Management experience, including Amazon and other beauty e-retailers.
* Impressive people, project management and organisational skills.
