We are seeking an experienced MRICS surveyor to join our rural team in North Wales. This is a stunning part of the world with epic mountains, and beautiful beaches and this role would support managing these landscapes on behalf of dynamic and varied clients, whilst working with and alongside a young and enthusiastic office team. There is scope for the role to develop with ample opportunity for you to build your own client base, as the North Wales office, based from Bangor continues to grow.

Main tasks:
* Advising clients on any property related matters as required
* Preparing professional valuations on behalf of clients, banks, legal representatives as required
* Advising on all aspects of the purchase, sale, letting and development of rural properties
* Managing assets on behalf of clients, including operational management, rent reviews, work schedules, budgets, project appraisal and project management
* Preparing and submitting applications and claims for subsidy, grants and / or compensation.
What will it take to be successful?
As a Rural Surveyor, you will need to be a chartered surveyor with experience in rural surveying, if you are register valuer that would be a bonus but it is not essential. You will need to be able to display a strong knowledge of valuation work and experience of rural landlord and tenant matters. As you will be required to deal with a variety of different clients, you will need to be a personable individual who can build rapport and create long terms relationships. You must be motivated by a fast-paced environment, flexible in your approach and be a supportive and collaborative team member who is prepared to participate in managing and developing other team members.
