As a Head of HR Business Partnering based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading, coaching, and developing a team of HR Business Partners to drive high performance and exceptional service across all divisions within Wolseley Group.
2. Defining and delivering the strategic vision for HR Business Partnering by implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
3. Collaborating with the Chief People Officer to transform the broader HR strategy into actionable, business-focused plans aligned with organisational goals.
4. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to position the HR Business Partnering team as trusted strategic advisors.
5. Designing and delivering tailored people plans that address the unique challenges faced by each business area.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
6. Previous experience operating in an HR Leadership role or as a Senior HR Business Partner within a complex, multi-site business.
7. Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
8. Expertise in driving change management and leading organisational redesign.
9. Strong track record of creating and landing impactful people strategies that align with business goals.
10. Excellent commercial awareness with a talent for analysing and interpreting business metrics effectively.
