Summary:
New Hall Hospital, located in Wiltshire, is one of the area's leading private hospitals, renowned for high-quality healthcare treatments and services. Situated on 14 acres of landscaped parkland near Salisbury, the hospital has been operational since 1980 with 32 patient beds.
With investments in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments, including orthopaedic procedures such as arthroscopy, hip, and knee replacements, as well as minor operations and endoscopy in a fully equipped, ultra-clean air theatre suite.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at New Hall Hospital in Salisbury. The role involves providing exceptional administrative support across various hospital departments, liaising with patients, consultants, and staff in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, excellent communication skills, initiative, teamwork ability, and adaptability. Computer literacy, especially with Word and Outlook, is essential, and experience with Electronic Patient Record systems is advantageous.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Maths/English GCSE or equivalent
* Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and oral
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
* Effective interpersonal skills for daily communication with colleagues and consultants
* Positive attitude and self-motivation
