The Marketing Team Assistant will provide essential administrative, organizational, and project-based support to the Meals & Biscuits Marketing Team in the UK. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team, allowing marketers to deliver strategic initiatives and brand growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the role will provide event support for the overall marketing function including monthly and annual meeting organisation. How you will contribute You will: - Brand Samples and Marketing Merchandise : Independently manage the end-to-end process of sample ordering, including samples for internal launches, NPD (New Product Development) samples, R&D samples, and competitor sample purchases.Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of samples to internal teams (including those outside of MDLZ UK) and external agencies. Assist the team in managing internal product launches, ensuring product availability, coordinating decorations, and liaising with facilities at both Uxbridge and Bournville locations. - Budget Management & Procurement (Specifically for Meals team): Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process from creation and raising POs, through goods receipting (GR), and managing approval workflows.Set up budget approver delegates when team members are on holiday, ensuring uninterrupted processing. - Event Management & Team Support : Coordinate and facilitate various events, including marketing conferences and team away days. This includes venue coordination, catering arrangements, and creating and distributing premiums/giveaways.Manage room bookings and ensure rooms are organized, set up, and decorated appropriately for meetings and events.Provide delicious breakfast and manage catering/food organization and setup for marketing meetings (MLTs, MADs), sharing responsibility with other team assistants.Act as the Meals Team's champion for CPM helping manage room bookings, sample products, and other team needs. - Admin Management :Manage the team's expense card for both meals and biscuits purchases, ensuring compliance with company policies. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: - Proven experience in an administrative or support role - Experience with Purchase Order (PO) systems and Goods Receipting (GR). - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in managing budgets and inventory. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive and problem-solving attitude. - Location: Uxbridge (Office Based but Hybrid Working, 3 Days Per Week in Office) - Start Date 1st May 2025 Relocation Support Available?
