We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide both internal and customer-facing technical support. You will become a product expert in connecting cost sources (AWS, GCP, Azure, MongoDB, Datadog, etc.) and Kubernetes, helping customers optimize their workflows and get the most out of our platform. Location: Remote position open to candidates in Europe. What Will You Do? Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Become a product expert in cloud cost management and Kubernetes. Use this knowledge to assist customers, improve documentation, and enhance the overall product experience. Assist customers in building scripts and automation tools leveraging our APIs. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continuously evolving in a fast-paced environment. Provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve functionality and user experience. Maintain internal knowledge bases and training materials to support common technical inquiries. Ensure CRM database accuracy by updating and maintaining records as per internal guidelines. What You Bring Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong proficiency in AWS services, with hands-on experience in identity and access management (GCP and Azure experience is a plus). Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes, including EKS, GKE, and AKS. Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. A problem-solver mindset, with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges. Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
