We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 degree in Electrical Engineering by September 2025 – that’s it!.... no prior experience needed.

Your graduate scheme
The successful graduate will be working as part of the Capital Engineering Team to support the capital investment programme. This role will see you working with framework contractors to ensure that capital investments are designed, installed and commissioned to the correct time, adhering to cost and quality requirements. You’ll provide engineering support to the business for planned and reactive projects.
There will be a requirement to travel around Wales as required.

Good to know
Your graduate scheme will primarily be based North Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
Recruitment process: we are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which likely take place at a location in North Wales between February/March 2025.
