Our client, located in Witham, is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Executive with export or international trade experience to join their team.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience within an office-based customer service role and have experience of dealing with customers over the phone, providing an exceptional service at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responding promptly and assisting with customer queries via email and phone.
2. Managing a portfolio of orders, serving as the primary customer contact.
3. Processing, organising transport to end delivery destinations.
4. Liaising with internal departments, ensuring that deliveries are made according to customers’ requirements.
5. Ensuring all compliance is in line with customer requirements.
6. Providing support to the Sales Manager as required.
7. General admin tasks as instructed.
Your Background:
1. Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience.
2. Experience within the Manufacturing industry is essential.
3. Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
4. Strong IT skills (competent with MS Office).
5. Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
