Spanish Speaking HR Specialist - Internship Onboarding

Job Description:
The main duties are to ensure onboarding documents are completed accurately to a high standard by working with multiple candidates as well as their universities and internal stakeholders.
This role requires high stakeholder management, organization with a key inspection on detail and professional communication.
Specific Job Duties: Daily input of data. Coordination of new hire input. Communication with managers, HR personnel, and university POCs for problem resolution. Answer manager and new starter inquiries. Review and audit of data entries.
Administrative role with the chance to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. The role requires high organization and communication skills in order to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard while working in a fast-paced environment.
