Key Responsibilities: Manage Conveyancing Transactions: Oversee and manage the conveyancing process from inception to completion, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth and transparent conveyancing process. Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalise legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. Legal Compliance: Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or complications that may arise during the conveyancing process. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including paralegals and administrative staff, to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction. Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices to ensure best practices are followed.
