CLOSING DATE - FRIDAY 14TH FEBRUARY 2025 12NOON An attractive benefits package includes: Salary: Circa £40k DOE performance-related bonus Hours: 40 hours/week (08:30 - 17:00) with 30-minute lunch break 23 days holidays plus stats Medical Insurance Use of pool car Laptop/phone Your day to day as Commercial Manager (reporting to Manging Director): As the business expands into new territories, our client is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead on their Sales Growth Strategy across Ireland. You'll be responsible for driving new business, developing key accounts, and leading a growing sales team to meet sales and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand key accounts and identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision-makers. Lead and grow the commercial team, setting targets and maximising performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations. Provide accurate reports on key account performance and team KPIs. Lead pricing strategy development to ensure competitive, profitable pricing. Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to drive business strategy. Your essential ingredients 3 years of sales and key account management experience, with 1 year of team management. Proven track record of managing major key accounts and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to lead a high-performing team and use data to drive decisions. Experience in business development and pricing/margin management. Full driving license and willingness to travel (occasional to ROI & GB) Desirable: Experience in FMCG and managing head office procurement teams. Business-related third-level qualification.
