Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and deliver high-quality impactful training, and engaging training materials on a range of Health & Social care topics including safeguarding, dementia awareness, mental health awareness, understanding alcohol & substance abuse.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of face-to-face and e-learning training programmes and make improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of training delivery.
* Facilitate induction programmes and support with marking of care certificates.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all staff to support retention and staff engagement.
* Utilise external funding streams to enhance the training programme.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience and background of training in a Health & Social Care setting.
* Train the Trainer (M&H, BLS etc).
* A genuine passion for supporting learners and understanding the importance of delivering health & social care training programmes that meet CQC requirements & expectations.
* Personable, highly organised, and a team player.
