Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI access level, and have favorably completed a government issued polygraph Summary: This position performs work requiring advanced knowledge and experience related to logistics, customer service, government property accountability, and government Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract support. The Logistics Supervisor is a working supervisor, flexible, able to adapt to change, must have a servant leadership mindset, intellectual in nature, and able to routinely exercise discretion and judgment to fulfill operational requirements. Scope: The Logistics Supervisor reports directly to the Site Logistics Manager for daily operational planning and execution. The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for teaching, coaching, and mentoring of up to 18 employees at a US Government activity in the United Kingdom. Supervision will include Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team, Site Transportation team and Procurement. This position requires the flexibility and performance of a multitude of ILS functions related to customer service, shipping/receiving, stock item management, and material handling. Candidates for this position must be comfortable working within a secured government facility and the handling, management, and transfer of classified materials. If the results of the BHE performed on you, your spouse/domestic partner, and/or any dependents over the age of 5 accompanying you are deemed unacceptable by the U.S. Government customer, in its sole discretion, you will be denied access by the U.S. Government customer to the installation and, as a result, your offer of employment from Fluor will be rescinded.
