Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a successful, Chesterfield based business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Customer Services Administrator, you will carry out the following duties:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system
* Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution
* Maintain and update customer records and databases
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports, and managing documentation.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer-related issues
* Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
* Support the customer service team with additional duties as required
The successful candidate for this Customer Services Administrator role will be:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
