Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception through to resolution.
* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients who have suffered due to medical errors or omissions.
* Conduct in-depth legal research and build strong cases by liaising with medical professionals and experts.
* Draft legal documents, including claims, court applications, and settlement agreements.
* Attend client meetings, medical assessments, and court hearings when required.

Key Requirements:
* A qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Clinical Negligence law.
