Warwickshire have multiple opportunities as Care Practitioner and Senior Care Practitioner level at our newly created Children’s homes in Leamington Spa. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed staff to join our residential team in preparation for our launch.

To be a Children’s Residential Care Practitioner you need to be ambitious for young people. You’ll be working directly with them day to day, building relationships with them and their families whilst offering a safe and caring environment to help them achieve their goals. Therefore, we’re looking for the right people to join us. As a Children's Residential Practitioner, you will be responsible, together with other team members, for:
The quality of day-to-day care, the administration and the organisation of the Children’s Home, ensuring care plans for Children and Young People are followed.
To ensure that all statutory regulations, other additional instructions and good practice are adhered to, and records are maintained.
To promote and maintain positive anti-discriminatory and anti-racist practices.

Salary:
Residential Care Practitioner: £28,770.00 - £31,364.00 per annum
Senior Care Practitioner: £31,364.00 to £33,945.00 per annum
Please note, this does not include the pay award for 2024 which is still being negotiated nationally and will be applied once the negotiations have been concluded).
The role will require shift working including working some weekends, evenings and sleeping in the home and being on call.
Additional pay for unsociable hours and sleep-ins.
