Job Title: After Sales Coordinator
Location: Newport, Wales
Remuneration: £45,
Contract Details: Permanent, full-time position
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage our client's internal stock of spare parts & tools based in their depot.
Oversee and maintain their external stock of spare parts & tools based in the EU.
Handle shipments from our client's Newport Depot to customers, including packing and shipping.
Conduct monthly checks and reconciliations of inventories, making necessary stock adjustments using the AX software.
Prepare reports on spare parts usage, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Analyse data and make recommendations to improve parts management and stock policies.
Process orders, including registration in the ERP system (AX), issuing order acknowledgments to customers with delivery schedules.
Prepare invoices and packing lists for goods supplied from internal stock or local suppliers.
Issue back-to-back purchase orders to the factory for goods supplied from Thailand.
Ensure timely despatch of shipping documents to customers before delivery.
Our client, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated After Sales Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or a Diploma in Logistics. With a minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering-related working environment, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills and IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and ERP software (Microsoft AX - Windows Pack Office).
