Join Our Team as Home Administrator
Location: Weybourne Care Home, Abbey Wood
Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for supporting others? We’re looking for a Home Administrator to help keep our care home running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial, clerical, and administrative systems, ensuring everything operates efficiently for staff, residents, and community services.
What You’ll Do:
1. Keep accurate payroll, personnel, and financial records.
2. Process orders, invoices, and maintain budgets.
3. Support staff with rotas, training, and inductions.
4. Assist with resident admissions and essential record-keeping.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality policies.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proficiency in MS Office and general office systems.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
3. A team player who can work independently when needed.
4. Desirable: NVQ Level II in Business Administration or 2+ years’ experience as an Admin Assistant.
