Job Title: Contracts Manager

Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement project strategy and delivery programme
2. Ensure effective communication and implementation to deliver the project on time
3. Ensure regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigate corrective actions as required
4. Manage the operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget
5. Review performance against targets
6. Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities
7. Manage project handover and ensure defect/snag free completion
8. Lead and motivate the project teams and the supply chain to deliver the projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality whilst exceeding our clients' expectations
Required Skills:
1. Main contractor background, minimum of 5-10 years' experience within a similar role
2. Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills
4. Be computer literate and fully conversant with MS Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint / Project
5. CSCS card holder
6. Able to encourage, mentor and coach other members within the Team
