Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all operational functions, including helpdesk, engineering, installation, and technical support.
* Drive continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ISO standards.
* Collaborate with the sales team to maximise service revenues and customer retention.
* Lead resource planning and budget management to support long-term growth.
* Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
* Implement automation and data-driven decision-making to optimise operations.

* Proven leadership experience in operations management within the technology, managed services, or business solutions sector.

* Track record of driving operational improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
* Experience managing remote and multi-site teams at a senior level.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and strategic approach.
* Knowledge of contract management, supplier negotiations, and service level agreements.
* Familiarity with operational management software (ERP, CRM) and process improvement methodologies (Prince2, Lean, Six Sigma).
