Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: The Role involves the management of a service in Stonehaven with experience working in a health or social care setting. You will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local community. This position is for 32 - 35 hours per week. In this role, you will be supporting a number of individuals ranging from age 18-60+ with a variety of disabilities including autism, learning disabilities, mobility and visual impairment.
We are recruiting for fun, patient and responsible individuals with previous support work experience to join the team. Some experience of retail work and involvement with activities such as crafting, gardening, and baking would be desirable. Staff are also trained in specialist areas such as diabetes, learning disabilities and first aid. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
