SEN Teacher - Liverpool and Surrounding Areas
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to support students with a range of learning needs across schools in Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

Position Overview:
As an SEN Teacher, you will work with students with various learning difficulties and disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and physical impairments.
You will deliver personalised lessons using creative and effective teaching strategies to ensure that each student reaches their full potential in both academic and social development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adjust learning objectives to suit each student.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student care.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where students feel confident and valued.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods as required.
- Build positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and external professionals, ensuring regular communication.
- Stay current with developments in SEN education and incorporate best practices into your teaching.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and appropriate teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and helping students overcome learning barriers.
