NHS England Workforce Training and Education (WTE) manages the education, training and development of NHS clinical professionals including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, doctors, dentists, nurses and allied health professionals. This post supports the planning, management and delivery of pharmacy education workstreams across the East of England, working with the Pharmacy Education team. Main Duties Include:
* Supporting the Head of Pharmacy and their teams to ensure that their workstream of programmes are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery.
* Managing the Team's business support function, including developing and managing the team's business plan, progress and reporting risk and issue management.
* Managing all corporate business returns, including planning and workforce returns.
* Supporting the team with the development of the pharmacy education programmes and linking to the multi-professional school with shared common resources.
* Managing the team's internal and external communication strategy.
* Managing the administration team and functions undertaken by the team.

To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
